Poznick spent 10 years leading the exponential growth of MGM Television’s unscripted business, domestically and globally. Overseeing legacy series like Survivor, The Voice, and Shark Tank, while launching The Real Housewives of Rhode Island, American Gladiators, and 007: Road to a Million. Increasing the number of shows sold and on-air, growing market share and profits, making the studio the most prolific in the genre. Led the acquisitions of Evolution Media and Big Fish Entertainment.

Founded ZOO Productions in 1994 and built it into one of America’s most prolific independent unscripted companies. Shows included The Blame Game (MTV, 135 episodes), Girls Behaving Badly (Oxygen — the show that launched Chelsea Handler), The Joe Schmo Show (Spike), and Speeders(Court TV). Acquired by UK’s All3Media in 2008 as the group’s first U.S. subsidiary.
